"Do not spend the money for this horribly outdated hotel! You are much better off staying at an "apartment" that one of the locals can provide. I am not an overly picky hotel guest, and I come from a Croatian background, so I normally cut hotels some slack in Croatia, knowing that they are not quite what I would expect in North America, but I couldn't wait to leave this horrible relic from the old communist days of tourism. "The property is very peaceful, being nicely off the beaten track – and was easy to find. It had everything we needed, and the host and her family made us feel very welcome – from local brandy and pancakes as welcome gifts to popcorn on another evening. A really lovely place to stay near some great days out."
