The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site. Ski or bicycle room for shared use with a lockable ski cabinet per holiday apartment. **Your holiday apartment** **Your holiday apartment** offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 34 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows: Eat-in kitchen with dinette and TV.
