The kitchen has a very good stove and plenty of space. The only slight qualms: the wine glasses are acrylic (albeit good quality), not glass. Perhaps all that polished concrete doesn’t go well with Waterford crystal? And as is usual with managed accommodation, there is no left-over olive oil, flour, sugar etc to help with a meal. There were timtams however, most welcome after a hard day’s festival attendance. Host Jacques was very responsive to queries. Great place to stay! ##### James M.
