Everything worked well and the furniture was comfortable and nice. The location is fantastic as well! Couple things we found that could be improved upon were better towels in the bathrooms and the listing was incorrect about the master bedroom - it's actually a queen, not king. Would suggest only renting this place in the winter -- it was a little weird staying here in the middle of summer since it was decorated for Christmas, although our 4 year old loved the decor, and the place doesn't have AC which was a problem because the air quality was not good so we had to keep windows closed and with temps close to 100, it got uncomfortable quickly. Air purifiers are not provided - we brought ours from home. Also, was disappointed in the supplies provided - only 3 dishwashing tablets, no soap in the upstairs bathroom, and I would suggest bringing your own cooking pans because the ones they have are non-stick and are VERY scratched up. ##### Nina P. I would definitely stay in a Vacasa Home again.... customer service was great! House was available early and we received a text. Then received two phone calls to make sure everything was okay. Called to get the hot tub cleaned after 4 days, and it was serviced the same day. The home is great- plenty of room for all seven of us. Kitchen could use a few more dish towels and some plastic cups. As a previous renter mentioned, the rugs are a major slipping hazard. Found three brooms in the closet, but no dust pan. And with ALL those rugs a vacuum that works would be helpful. Overall, a great little condo! Thank you for having us! ##### kylee w. We loved the variety of bicycle options and the boat ramp access pass. The Village was a quick ride away and we loved the scenery on the ride. The hot tub was a nice feature too! Reviewer Comments: We generally enjoyed our week and will consider a return visit. We suggest all rugs be equipped with non skid pads. We each slipped multiple times but luckily never fell. I stress the term luckily. The broken down recliner and the shoddy lamp shade next to the couch detracts from what otherwise is a well maintained unit. We had to call maintenance once to fix the furnace and replace batteries in two smoke detectors. This was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. The sheets in the larger MBR are unbearably uncomfortable. The living area is really cozy and we loved having the fireplace on in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen had what we needed for all meals, and it was nice to host a couple of friends and have the kitchen and living area so wide open. We brought our own pillows, but bedding seemed fine. Really nice to have the private hot tub right out back. The only negatives were very minor. Having access to a vacuum would've been great with young kids who spill crumbs, the heat is not consistent between floors, wifi was weak (couldn't plan to work from here for long), and it's a little ways away from the village. Overall, no significant complaints, just minor things we noticed. We would definitely rent this house again depending on the group. Thanks! ##### Spenser H.
