I hate to say bad things about anyplace that allows pets bec we like to vaca with our dogs. That was appreciated. But, the place needs serious cleaning and maintenance. The front door lock broken and we had to keep house unlocked, the dishwasher broken and had to flip breaker to get it to stop beeping error messages. The place was filthy. The house was not clean - we encountered urine smelling rugs in the garage and a utility sink with vomit. No one ever came to clean, even after multiple calls to Vacasa. Some of the bikes were broken (we purchased supplies and fix one ourselves), the foosball table required money to get the balls back (but the mechanism was actually broken, too). Broken and torn furniture. Filthy carpets with deep stains. The deck has nails jetting out that cut my foot. Overall, i woukd not rent this house again for any price. Totaly and completely disappointed and will not rent again. One possitve note, I complained about the carpets and was offered a refund of my cleaning fee which was appreciated but did not make up for the uncomfortable stay we had during our family outing. ##### Richard J. Carpets were beyond filthy. The smell was atrocious, ripped and toren furniture. Nails sticking out of deck causing injury to feet. As you can tell from my review as well as the one prior to mine that the house does not live upto what was advertised and I will not recommend this house to anyone. I did speak with staff about the carpets and they refunded the cleaning deposit which was a small compensation compared to the very uncomfortable stay. ##### Richard J. ---
