Thoughtfully furnished for comfort and connection, the home features: A cozy living room with smart TV, ideal for movie nights after a day on the mountain A fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and breakfast bar for morning coffee Three inviting bedrooms. Two with plush king beds and blackout shades for deep rest. One with bunks beds and an extra twin for the kids. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or school Washer/dryer, driveway parking, and keyless entry for convenience Outside, relax around the private fire pit, kick back in the hammock, or grill dinner on the patio. The backyard is low-maintenance but inviting—designed for laid-back evenings under Bend’s high desert sky. Cascade Crest House Rules Welcome to Cascade Crest! To ensure you have a comfortable stay and respect the property and neighbors, please review and adhere to the following house rules during your stay. 1\. General Conduct Respect for Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between \[quiet hours, e.g., 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM\]. No Parties or Events: No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed unless prior written approval has been given by the host. Maximum Occupancy: The Property is suitable for a maximum of 8 people. Exceeding this number is prohibited unless previously agreed upon. 2\. Smoking No Smoking is allowed on the property. 3\. Pets Pets are Not Allowed on the property. 4\.
