Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.
This was our third visit, the first two were for winter breaks but this was our first summer stay. Although the hotel was busy, it was still restful and relatively peaceful in the public areas with excellent amenities - no shortage of sunbeds and easy access to food & drinks.
The standard of cleanliness is high throughout and in the dining room, food was beautifully presented, catering for all tastes. It was so easy to overindulge!
went in July for 4nights, hotel very quiet, not many children. Usually stay in Benalmadena Palace but could not get booked in, it is the next hotel up the lane. Decided to book this hotel as it was in the area which we like to stay, we were not disappointed, had booked a room with 2 bedrooms but when we arrived they said there was none left so they put us in 2 apartments which was brill. Room very clean, towels changed every day, stayed on the 7th floor, our cleaner was very cheerful and pleasant and spoke with us every day. Stayed in lounge one nite for the entertainment, it was very pleasant but not many people about. All receptionists very pleasant, they printed our flight tickets for going home. And the guy on reception was very helpful with direction. Would definitely stay here again.
This hotel was perfect for my family. The apartment was massive and very clean. We had requested and got a sea view which we could see from both our balconies. The reception was available 24 hours a day and any requests we made were handled courteously and efficiently. The hotel is very close to a small stony beach and has a lovely pool area. The pool bar served a lovely lunch at a very reasonable price and was open till late at night the staff were very friendly. The hotel is quite a distance from the main centre of the resort but as such was very peaceful and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel with a very frequent bus service. I was delighted with my stay at this hotel.
"Very nice street, welcoming hotel, close to beach!"

"Overall I was Happy with the hotel. Would go back"
Overall I was happy with the hotel after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming and very helpful both at reception/pool and restaurant. The pool area had lots of activatity for both adults and children. If you did want to visit the Aqua park then there is a free shutle bus that leaves the hotel every 10/15 mins which was fantastic. After reading some of the reviews regarding the food at lunch time and in the evening I can tell you that the was plenty of variety and the food tasted good (kids loved the desert section). The only negative comments I can give about this hotel is that you are out of the way of any shops so you would have to catch a Bus into town but if you want a relaxing holiday with the kids by the pool with no shops etc then this hotel is great. Would recommend this hotel and would go back
Benalmadena divides into two discrete parts: five kilometres inland is the original quiet, traditional, whitewashed village; on the coast is the new seaside resort of Benalmadena Costa, featuring a lively glitzy marina. The latter adjoins the less frenetic end of Torremolinos, with its sandy beaches, myriad family attractions and good water sports facilities.
