No internet, overcharged breakfast buffet
There was no internet service in our room
When I tried to report it to reception noone answered the phone in the reception
Had to stand in line for 30 minutes to report it.
Lunch buffet was 19 euros, would not allow me to have water with my meal.
Internet was not fixed the next day.
Went back and stood in line again to report it.
Had to spend almost 20 euros from my data plan.
No fixed prices on breakfast buffet, internet said 15 euros but staff charged 20 euros, no receipt.
Poor quality ingredients: canned fruit on the fruit buffet
Next day internet had still not been fixed.
Facility is geared to all inclusive food plans and large tour groups.
There are no nearby restaurant alternatives

We had an external problem with internet conexion, sorry for the inconvinience. Our prices are advertised in the price list located at reception.
