Excellent stay
We stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of November, weather was a lovely 18 degrees, room was amazing and everywhere was absolutely spotless. We had an issue when we first arrived that the room door wouldn't lock, security arrived within minutes who couldn't solve the issue then the on call maintenance guy arrived and had it sorted within 10 minutes. Ladies on reception where very helpful and we where left a bottle of bubbly in our room as we where celebrating a very big birthday. Our room was a two bedroom apartment with a sea view, the views was beautiful and the apartment very spacious. The facilities are fantastic.....thought the pool was heated but not this time of year...... didn't realise this until after I'd jumped in! Excellent hotel with lovely staff.

Staff were very helpful. Think we picked the right time of year so wasn't too busy. The lady at the leisure desk was exceptionally helpful. The place was very clean. Only negative would be not have any washing up materials. Overall had a good time.
