We have been to pueblo many times but first time in this hotel. Would definitely go again.
Only down side was disappointing because of the all the maintenance work going on in pueblo but that was out of their hands. Hopefully next year it will be back to normal "
"Just a bit pricey for a room with no real view, tea making facilities. Kettle would’ve been fine we could’ve provided our own tea. Great friendly staff though."

"There was a building construction going on just across the street from our room. So it was very very noisy. Reception staff were lovely and friendly as were the housekeeping staff. Bar staff weren’t at all helpful or friendly in any way. "

"Perfect! The only thing to complain was that the rooms were not very soundproof and on the 6th floor you could hear everything from the rooftop (eg. when someone was moving chairs and tables).
