Triste experiência, de bom só o atendimento da recepção e a localização, o prédio está muito mal conservado , a limpeza dos quartos é precária, a agua não esquenta direito, quando funciona, resumindo não voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Pontos negativos: a rua na frente do hotel é ponto dos mendigos, certa noite contei, doze estavam dormindo lá, o que é desagradável; o atendente do hotel não sabia sobre empresas de turismo no local, sequer fazia ideia que elas existiam em BH, então tive que contratar meus passeios pela internet, pessoal desinformado; estrutura do hotel é velha, aberturas de madeira apodrecendo; café da manhã programado para ser servido às 6h, mas nunca está pronto, com todos os alimentos servidos, antes de 6h30min; metade das luzes ficam apagadas (economia?), salão do café da manhã na penumbra, luzes dos quartos também pela metade ligadas. Pontos positivos: localização excelente, faz muita coisa a pé; funcionários simpáticos; limpeza e troca de toalhas nos quartos diária.

O hotel é antigo, porém os quartos são limpos e ok para quem vai ficar apenas uma noite. Café da manhã muito bom e funcionários atenciosos. O entorno do hotel é perigoso, devendo-se ficar atento ao caminhar pelos arredores.

Ambiente agradável. No entanto, limpeza deixou a desejar, principalmente no banheiro, o papel higiênico estava com marcas de maquiagem e não tinha toalhas de banho, solicitamos na recepção e fomos prontamente atendidos. Outro ponto negativo, durante a estadia foi que a camareira entrou no quarto sem bater na porta.
