Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable.Owner was so nice I enjoyed talking with him. He allowed my dog to stay which was a big deal for me. Overall was a wonderful stay. Definitely will stay here again.

So, initially our reservation wasn't found even though I had more than one proof of confirmation, I wish we had just left like i wanted to do. I'm actually surprised that Expedia would list this property. The room we booked, standard, was unavailable so we would have to "upgrade" (laughable) to the 2 bed room at higher price. There should be no charge for this room, we should've been paid to stay there. I read reviews that date back 10 years for this property, our room didn't appear to have even been attempted to be cleaned and definitely not upgraded since. I wanted to leave but we had been on the road, motorcycle trip, since early morning and hubby was tired. Well, even more tired because not much sleep was had. The bed looked used, or at least laid upon, so we "slept" on top and used the bed end runner to cover our feet. I have no idea what rooms others are rating 4 or 5 stars judging by ours. Forget the kitchen because just walking in the room, you won't use it, and it's not clean or stocked. I hate to leave a negative review, but honestly had the room at least been visibly clean or even attempted the outdatedness could be kind of acceptable. It is right on the water though lol.

It is a nice and quiet place. Facilities are clean and the staff is very helpful. I'll be staying there next time in Trenton for sure!

I Enjoyed It Very Much The View Of The Lake Was Amazing It Was Super Quiet Away From The Hustle And Bustle And The Staff Were Amazing I’ll Be Returning Next Year For Sure..

AVOID!!! The room REEKED of smoke, the sheets and towels were covered in huge stains. The bathroom has dozens of ants. The tub was surrounded by black mold. Garbage under the bed. There were animals scratching very loudly in the walls. I stayed an hour, and owner refused a full refund because he claimed the bed was used. I pulled the sheets to inspect it after seeing how disgusting everything else was! He fully charged me over $150 for an hour in hell. This place should not even be legal by health standards.

Decent place place for the price. Would stay again. The freezer in the mini fridge had built up a fair bit of frost and the room was a bit musty or stale when I got there. Aired it out a bit and it was fine.

This place was filthy and moldy, you could smell it when you first walk in. Refunds are not possible to renter beware. Had a kitchenette, with nothing to cook with or eat with. The beds felt like something was crawling all over my skin, hopefully there were not bed bugs. Blood stains on the box spring didn't give me a welcoming feeling. The caulked over the mold in the bathroom, Mike Holmes would lose his mind inspecting this place.

Staff were extremely kind and friendly. Easy check-in and check-out process. Rooms definitely need an upgrade and deep clean (i.e., dusting, mopping floors, scrubbing tub/shower). Beds were comfortable, but sheets and towels were covered with stains. Thankfully there were no bed bugs.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay. Especially for the outragous price of $155 a night. The most it should be is $30 a night. Office staff was friendly but the room was falling apart. Paint peeling off walls, dangerous light fixtures, damaged walls, filthy microwave, shower faucet falling off. Property itself seemed nice enough but we didn't want to hang around longer than necessary to walk around. Pay a few bucks more and go to a better place.

Hotel charged my credit card prior to arriving. Was supposed to be 2 queen beds, we ended up getting 1 queen , 1 single bed. Mouse droppings in kitchen bad odour, would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.

I liked that it was a 2 room cottage the mother or the owner tried kicking me out the first day sting I was smoking in the room well outside the room there is an air conditioner and it's not covering it whatsoever the ash tray is on the air conditioner well my room was ex cold with all the heat blasting and the smell of smoke was coming in when my gf went for a smoke anyways nice in the cupboards and mice poop on the bed and they chewed through boxes of crackers and my boost packages I swear they think I brought them with me cause in 15 years they have never had nice..... Listen your in the country it happens but don't deny that your place is infested with mice and there were possums at my door cause the room attendant didn't pick up my Garbage

This property, on the Lake, has a large, tranquil oasis at the back of its property and is conveniently located between Belleville and Trenton. Good for wine tours, fishing. sight seeing whilst also being the perfect spot to "get away from it all". The room was very clean and functional...even had a modest kitchenette. Service was excellent. I look forward to returning many times.

Love the location on the water. Rooms were not clean enough in my opinion. Spider webs and dirty baseboards especially in the bathroom. Towels were ready to be rags and room smelled of stale cigarettes. Air conditioner was ancient and very loud.

A quaint little old fashioned motel in excellent condition, lovingly maintained. We loved the parking right outside the room door and took a twilight stroll along the waterfront.

The owner was generous in allowing my partner and I to check in 90 minutes early. The owner was always receptive to questions and I felt that the property, and my room were very clean. I recommend this motel if you are looking for a budget option in Prince Edward County.

The rooms look NOTHING like the photo supplied. They are run down with holes in the walls. Clean but the bare minimum. As where bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo. The Price too was misleading. The price on the website is only to hold the reservation. Once you check in the price goes up by 20$$$. It met my need for a one night stay but I would NOT recommend this place.

Cute little place!
The sheets were soft and clean! It has nice sitting areas and on the water front! The staff were excellent! It was a nice cute little place. Had a microwave and fridge in room! If your going to go in the water bring water shoes!!!

It was dirty the trash cans ,had a grocery bag it . When I moved the bag , there was stuff on the bottom ...it hadn't been wash out in for ever gross. very few out outlets in room had to pull out microwave stand to use outlet . No hot water , the worst thing was a water line that feed inside the unit over the bath room sink .. right over the wiring for the light for the vanity , so a water line inch's from wires that were mired off / and no hot water .

It was a nice place to stay not right in a town but only minutes away from anything that we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything you want in a mini vacation.
