"Convenient and safe. Fuss-free. But room had some issues - tv didn’t work. Bathroom vent very loud. Hotel didn’t have a whole lot of facilities but I didn’t mind. No regrets."

"It has a great location to explore the city. Staff have been amiable, knowledgeable, and clear about directions and support in all sorts of things we need as a big family group traveling together. We will highly recommend it! Lautaro at the front desk was extremely great to us. We are traveling with a baby, and I would’ve checked the stairs (no elevator) situation, especially for family members with mobility problems. But once here, we didn't change our booking; we are extending our stay. "
