We paid for a cabana and didn’t have a server, waited at the bar for 45 mins before being acknowledged. The restaurants were not open, except for bixbys which had limited choices (and half were sold out) that were over priced. The beds were uncomfortable and kids ran the halls all night long being very loud. I would probably go back for a day trip tot he water park, but staying at the hotel is not recommended. If you do your best bet is ordering food in.
