Had trouble with our room keys yet again. Took 3 times of reprogramming them in order for them to work.

Clean hotel, rooms in wing are very well presented. But no VIP benefits were offered and having boxed a double room we ended up with a twin

Foyer, welcome and rooms were outstanding! Bar staff could have been more welcoming. Otherwise an outstanding experience!!

Old building. No help with our bags going up stairs from the street to lobby. Staff was nice when we engaged them but otherwise they ignored us. Old elevator. Rooms okay. The location is good and close walking to sights, shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Probably will not stay here again.

Room was very warm as Air conditioning not working, said they would send maintenance up but didn’t so in the end had to do with a fan. Floor was not hoovered either.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel! The word luxury is so over used.... yet in this case incredibly accurate. The lobby is exquisite and just as pictured. We stayed in an executive room and were just blown away. It was extremely clean and spacious, and quiet. When you book this room level, you will get access to the executive lounge which offers free breakfast. The hotel has a ‘secret passageway’ directly into Victoria station, meaning quick (dry) access to the station as well as all of the restaurants( Starbucks, donuts...) and a grocery. The location couldn’t be better in terms of transport; you have Victoria Station, tour buses pick up just down the street, and hop on/off stop is also nearby. You can walk to Buckingham Palace and other tourist sights. There is also a shopping plaza right around the corner with lots of restaurants to chose from. I have nothing negative to say here and can full heartedly recommend to even the pickiest customer.
