Two things. First when I checked in was told that Expedia didn't include a tax in the money I paid them. It was my understanding when I paid Expedia that I have paid for everything. Strike one against Expedia. Second. in the Expedia literature it says that there is a phone in the room. NOT. When did motels quit providing a phone in the room or, is it assumed that everyone has the imprint of a smart phone on their butts? WILL

Expedia booked and took money for a room that didn't exist!

We had booked online. We found out that it was overbooked so we had to stay 30 miles out of town.

The first room we were assigned didn't have the electronic lock. The second room transmitted all the sounds of the people above us and they walked around all night.

Very run down and outdated. Horrible thin mattress and pillows, fraying falling apart carpet.
