Great location right next to the main square in Bastogne. The only disappointment was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room otherwise I’d have given 5 stars.

Rooms are very clean and modern. Located in the heart of Bastogne with a Michelin Star restaurant attached. Parking is easy, security is good electronic cards required to open/use elevator.

We stayed in the annex, which was one of the largest rooms during our two week vacation in Europe. The breakfast offered a very large selection of food, including a champagne on Sunday. While it was near the square, our rooms were very quiet.

The reception was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed the hotel and breakfasts. Also, enjoyed our expensive dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, our room and bath had very bad lighting. More lighting would be appreciated.

The hosts were very welcoming and we were able to check into our room early, which was most convenient. Our room was spacious and clean, and even though we were right on the street, our room was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Location was great....we were able to walk to all of the sights that we wanted to see. There were plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Last but definitely not least, the breakfast was AWESOME!! We traveled in Belgium for a month, and this was by far the best breakfast we had. Highly recommend this place.

The physical facility was nice. I was concerned about the slick shower flooring, though. I put towels down while showering to minimize the risk of slipping. I prefer having 24/7 front desk staff and a hotel lobby. The front desk was supposed to be staffed from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., yet a person wasn't always available during that period. While there's a buzzer to call a staff person, no one responded on more than one occasion.

This hotel was right across from the main square which was great. easy check in. Parking. The beds were singles pushed together, which was pictured online so I can’t complain too much about that. The Leo hotel is outdated but the Leo station hotel side is updated and has a nice looking restaurant (we didn’t eat there). We were offered an upgrade to a Leo station hotel room for 10 additional euros per person but we did not take it. I’d recommend taking the upgrade if provided. Overall a good experience.

The Hotel Leo Station has several "hotels" in their block of buildings on the square. The staff are wonderful and of course you must eat (with reservations) at the main Leo restaurant!!! I rented a "large" two bedroom unit and it had modern updates, great air conditioning, bedding, full bathroom and refrigerator. Of course, you are on the village square with plenty of shopping, historical and dinning options. Free on-site, behind the restaurant parking. Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Book with confidence!

The annex was not the nicest. You had to walk up four flights of stairs and the stairway was not very clean. The decorative blankets on the end of the beds were full of stains as was the carpet. It was also quite noisy in the area.

Hotel Leo was clean, just enough space and in the city center near lots of restaurants. The AC was cold,the only thing that i would not recommend is the breakfast. The food options were very basic for 18 euros.

The room was very large and clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The bathroom was also very large. There was a mural above the bed which I found rather odd and a little inappropriate. The entrance was a little difficult to locate as it looks like the entrance to the restaurant. The restaurant was good but a little on the expensive side.

Recently renovated, the room was quite stylish and nice. There are plenty of cafes across the street and the location is convenient. The parking area leaves a lot to be desired As it is just a gravel lot behind the building. I’d recommend parking in the public lot across the street especially if on a motorbike like I was.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone; from the arrival to the departure the hotel staff and room cleaning team were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is very well situated and surrender by shops, restaurants and bars. Couldn't try the hotel restaurant as it was closed for the Holidays but will return shortly.

I was placed in the annex with no lift elevator. It is tough for me to go up stairs, but I had to carry two 40 LB suitcases up 60 steps and four floors to our room. it took a while and lots of stops for catching my breath. Will not make another reservation at this hotel!

A nice room in a good position.The street noise levels gave the impression of been in the centre but it was also quiet at night. There is safe parking for my bike and all the staff were great.

I absolutely loved this hotel right from check in. The young lady that checked us in was fabulous. I mentioned that my daughter had a gluten allergy and the next morning at breakfast the server came over and offered GF bread. That was a nice touch. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are awesome. The hotel is located centrally on the strip and close to everything. This is the place to stay if you are in Bastogne.

Check in area is very small and only staffed with someone from the restaurant attached to the hotel. Had a long wait to get checked in and then was assigned to a different room. In the end the hotel got us switched to the right room. But we lost about an hour during the whole check in process. After that the hotel was as expected. Great location.
