Super helpful guy on the desk that evening
It's a Holiday Inn! Does exactly what it says on the tin :) Have to say the guy who was on the desk and behind the bar after we arrived was superlative.

Great location, Very friendly and helpful staff especially Hannah and Julie, the guys in the bar were also very freindly. Nice room well laid out. I stayed for two nights and also had use of a conference room. Will certainly be back.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Really good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. They couldn't have been nicer. Great base for exploring antrim. Would definitely be happy to stay here again

Worst hotel ever been in
First we recieved a handycap room , only when i told that i will leave the hotel it has been replaced. The new room didn't had double bed ! The water flow in the showet was extreme poor and the room was hot as hell without air conditionning or even a fan.

Water leaked a lot when I was taking a shower due to short and thin curtain. In addition, I can hear clearly sounds and noise from next room because two rooms are connected with two doors facing each other. We can literally see each other if we both open the doors. There is no privacy. The condition, decorations, furnitures, space of the room are sad and rather old. Not worth 180pounds/night. I left the hotel before breakfast time so no comments about it

For an airport hotel, it was surprisingly good. We only stayed here because we had a very early morning flight home out of Shannon airport, and the hotel is an easy walk to the terminal. We dropped our bags at the hotel, returned our rental car, and it’s a short walk back to the hotel. And they keep luggage carts for you to get your bags over to the terminal in the morning. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the restaurant was good. As we were leaving, an employee insisted on loading our bags onto the cart, and pushed them all the way to the terminal, I guess because we are both seniors. Very nice thing to do.

The stay was great except on the Wednesday night. A promotion advertising Pizza & Pint for £15 For the Premier League game City v Arsenal starting at 8 o'clock. Howevef the kitchen closed at 8 o' clock that night even though the sign on the bar said DINNER 18.30 HRS -21.00 hrs. Also no tomatoes on the breakfast. Was this cost cutting or shortage.?

Nice hotel
Good hotel ,friendly staff ,breakfast really good ,nice room,you have to remember to turn the radiator knob at the bottom rt hand side on to increase temperature of radiator ,bathroom shower room well thought out ,only slight issue the connector of the shower,(the pipe) was releasing water from underneath the mixer bar ,so the shower head was only receiving 50 % of the water so no pressure ,I mentioned it to the receptionist and she said very wittily so you only had half a shower then! Brilliant ,I would definitely recommend staying here ,

Convenient, clean, lovely staff
Convenient location, though sat nav struggles to find, had to resort to Google maps. Good variety at breakfast. Beds seem small. Very late check in, night porter was lovely and Ryan very helpful via phone in advance of booking to confirm 3am check in could be accommodated.
