The restaurant of the hotel is particularly bad, very expensive and all the food I was served was over cooked and dry (dry rice, dry grilled fish, dried up pancetta in my carbonatará etc.), they really need a better chef. "The breakfast is very good. There is a lot of variety of dishes next to the usual bread. A lot of different desserts, juices etc. And each day it is a bit different so you do not get bored. The location is ok. There is a supermarket right across the hotel. The boulevard mall is about 900metres from the hotel, so you can walk. The neighborhood felt safe. There was an issue with the cards you need to enter your appartment and use the elevator, but the staff was very friendly and helpfull which compensated for the issue. 2 people at the reception spoke fluent english and the others really did their best. Which is great. The wifi worked well. There is a fitnessroom. The only thing i wish was different was the size of the bathroom. I had a standaard double room. For example The toilet would get wet if you opened the tap at the sink. But that is just a minor thing but other than that, i would recommend it to others."

"O hotel até q é bom mas no quesito limpeza deixa a desejar. As toalhas são muito velhas e nem sempre a moça da limpeza tinha toalhas limpas pra trocar e eu ficava tipo dois dias com a toalha molhada no quarto. Outra coisa importante é que não tem restaurante no hotel e pra quem chega cansado do seu compromisso, não ter um lugar pra comer é dose! Tive de ir no restaurante do Ibis q fica logo em frente. Não sei se volto nesse hotel."
