"I booked ahead of time. Days in advance. When we got to our room, finally, as we were on the third floor and the elevator was out of order the room was completely used. We had to go back down the stairs, it was not convenient for my boyfriend who had knee surgery a few months back. They moved us to the 2nd floor. That room had stains on the lamp and it smelled horrible of cigarettes."

"The staff were some of the nicest hosts we have encountered on our travels. The hotel is obviously being updated with fresh paint. The environment & location were a bit rough but the staff were excellent with watching out for everyone on their property as well as within the parking lot. There was a lot going on for sure. We must have hit a button on our key fob that opened up our back hatch on the car & the desk manager called us as soon as he noticed (2 a.m.) he went through the video surveillance with us & no one had messed with the car - they just went in and let the manager know. I slept like a baby the rest of the night knowing how diligent they were in watching their property!"

"Was in town to attend a race and got back to hotel at midnight and coildnt get tv to work after trying all options. Dodnt call on sight staff, who we were told at check in that they lived there, due to it being late at night. No a huge issue but still frustrating. In the morning after showering, the tub drain was very slow and you had to stand in about 3 inches of water while drying off. Was going to tell person at front desk but checkin area had no lights on with entry door shut so I assumed no staff was there in mornings so we left. Probably wo t stay there again."
