The worst hotel in Beirut, the pillows are so hard to sleep on ! Woke up with back pain! Definitely the worst experience.and the guy at the receptionist was the rudest !

We really enjoyed our stay at Warwick, it's centrally located, so close to downtown, Corniche, Zaytouna Bay, and a short walk away from Hamra. The staff are super friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, the pool is really nice and the gym is OK. It also has a breath taking view from the roof and restaurant, and the food was very tasty. The only thing we didn't enjoy is that it gets really noisy at night due to proximity to a club across the street, it gets really loud and on 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed, we weren't able to sleep till 3 am when the music stopped. I would encourage the hotel administration to improve window sound proofing - that would have made the experience perfect.

The rooms were below average, not what we expected or what we saw on the internet when we originally booked our stay. The condition of the carpet in the room was quiet poor, they need to be changed as the smell is over baring. The fitness centre is very outdated, and the exercise equipment are a hazard.

Good location and clean and comfortable room. There was a problem with the air conditioning in my room leaking water on the floor, but it was taken care of quickly. The front desk staff did what was needed, but were not particularly friendly.

Highly recommend!
The level of service at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone made an effort to assure comfort and to provide assistance. The room was wonderful and the breakfast buffet provided so many local and traditional options, one could have a novel breakfast every day for at least a week. And the view from the breakfast table and pool! Spectacular! Right on the water, the Mediterranean greets you every day, and most everywhere is in walking distance.

Be aware no gym or pool.
We picked the Palm Beach Hotel because it provided roof top swimming pool & fitness centre. Imagine our disappointment when we were told that the fitness centre is being converted into a bar/lounge area & the swimming pool was closed for the season. It was 27c during our stay mid-Oct. if you come from Northern Europe you do not expect the pool to close when it’s 27c. The Warwick Hotels website still advertise the gym & pool.

The rooms rating is confusing, they call standard rooms premium and premium rooms suits. The towels aren’t clean and the ac works in a crazy way. Lots of noise and tv channels are either fuzzy or with no sound. Staff is friendly and overall layout is not bad, price vs value is a bit high

This is a very fine hotel with excellent service. I paid a little more to get partial sea view. In addition to that I got a heck of a lot of noise from a building they are repairing close to the hotel. Great service from reception and room service. Cleaning was not so good to be polite. So to conclude: in the near future I recommend a room with a city view. You can always go to 7th floor pool and restaurant area to enjoy great views.

Nice hotel - would recommend
Nice hotel, in a nice area near the sea and the marina. The rooftop pool and bar are both very nice features. The room was more than adequate, although my room did have a slightly perculiar smell... but in no way was it a cause for any complaint or issue in my opinion. The concierge was also extremely helpful, and the service from the hotel as a whole was excellent.

Nice hotel, with an excellent roof terrace/ bar and pool area. great service and atmosphere! Hotel staff could definitely be more attentive as you have to go looking for staff at reception and breakfast area. Breakfast is ok, and nice setting at 6th floor.
