Unbeatable location: 8 minutes walk to the old center of Begur and just 5 minutes by car to the wonderful beaches of Begur Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aiguablava.The location of Casa Amaya is unbeatable given its proximity to the old town of Begur, and its distance of two and a half kilometers from the well-known Sa Riera beach.The La Xarmada urbanization is very quiet, near a nature reserve where you can walk among pine trees and comfortably walk to the beach.The house has a 600 m2 plot of land, a garden with grass, a private pool with sun all day long, a chill out area, an outdoor dining room and a barbecue. From the garden you can see the sea, the Medes Islands and the Bay of Roses.The property has a capacity for 6 people. The interior of the house is distributed on 3 levels:On the ground floor at street level there is a hall, a room with two single beds, a complete bathroom with a shower, the living room with air conditioning and fireplace, access to the garden and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer.On the first floor there is an en-suite room with a double bed, bathroom and a small balcony and a room with two single bunk beds. Views are gorgeous from the house and hiking trails are accessible right out the front door. The house is equipped with all the things needed to make your stay comfortable. Bed was great and the kitchen well-stocked. WiFi signal was reliably 500 Mbps, so easy to get some work done (but who really wants to!!!). We didn’t want to leave!! It was a complete pleasure dealing with Aura for all the details of our rental. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend. ##### Lori B.
