"We were sent to a room already occupied… the screams of the people we scared was awful, we were assigned another room however the tv in our new room kept welcoming other guests, never our names appeared on the screen, the following day we returned late from a function only to have to go back to the front desk and ask the same incompetent person for new keys, she took forever and kept saying someone else was trying to do a digital check in for our room, I will never stay there."

"Very comfortable beds, pool looked nice, location is good. I think it would be nice if they had hot water and coffee available all day. Also would have been good to have toiletries available for purchase? We forgot toothpaste and had to run to a store. The gym is not well equipped. The hotel looks nice but could definitely offer some simple conveniences for a better experience."

"Looks like a new facility that was exceptional in it's cleanliness and maintenance. Staff could care less. They have a paying job. Two exceptions to the statement about the staff were a young lady who suddenly walked through the front door to check us in after we had been standing at registration about 10 to 12 minutes. The other exception was a maid (i.e. after I had returned to the hotel after breakfast out, "I " greeted the two idel employees at registration with..." good morning ". They looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language without saying a word.
Lastly, what's with the parking at this facility???"
