Not so sure we will be back

Our experience wasn't the best unfortunately. Some reception employees were lovely, others less so.
No dairy-free alternative for breakfast unless you "pre-book" it.
Slow breakfast service, it was so busy we had to wait a considerable amount of time to get some bread to toast as it had run out. Same with cereal.
Our bathroom wasn't very clean.
Beware there is no hotel parking, the hotel have an arrangement to use Matalan's spaces overnight for a £5 charge, but you have to retrieve your car before 10am or walk to the pay&display machine and buy more time directly.

I am very sorry for the issues during your stay, I will be speaking to the relevant departments as soon as possible.
As we are in the town centre we unfortunately do not have our own car parking however we do have local arrangements in place.
