The place was very clean with helpful staff and good clean amenities. The food was good and the warm atmosphere of the dining area and bar facilities was excellent. I would recommend this establishment to anybody needing to base themselves close to Luton London airport

Cons: Better signing to the hotel entrance from the dual carriageway. Drop the car park charge. It's excessive for an out of town hotel.
Arrived late at Luton airport. The hotel has a 24 hour reception. Comfortable stay, pleasant breakfast. Had a large family room which fitted 2 adults and two teenagers. The airport is 5-10 minutes drive from this hotel. Would definitely consider using this hotel again if we fly from Luton airport. We used the medium stay car park at the airport for 3 weeks, but this hotel also offers park/fly packages. Will look into these next time.

Good breakfast and dirty room

Pros: Great breakfast. Helpful staff.
Cons: Clean the room before check in.
Location: A few minuted drive from the airport.
The hotel has a great potential. The breakfast was very good. Some of the staff was very helpful. However the experience was affected by a dirty room. The shower was dirty and obviously not cleaned before our stay. The toilette also was dirty and wasn't cleaned. The sink was clogged and water did not drain fast enough, we had to wait a few minutes until the water level decreased.

It was a family stay which was ok. Breakfast was good. The alarm in room was preset for 5 AM with buzzer and we returned at midnight only to be disturbed by the alarm and then snooze. Who needs alarms these days when all phones have it and hotels offer wake up service. Although new hotel but carpet in room probably do not reflect that. Room size small for family.

Do not stay here unless desperate

Staff rude and abrupt even at reception no good welcome aura.. Cleaners when we stayed on a Friday dont understand even asking for water.. No complimentary water in the rooms. Bath towels had black marks (like mascara) on 2.
