Do not stay here unless desperate

Staff rude and abrupt even at reception no good welcome aura.. Cleaners when we stayed on a Friday dont understand even asking for water.. No complimentary water in the rooms. Bath towels had black marks (like mascara) on 2.

The hotel was great, the staff were great what else can I say apart from I would definitely stay there again! Also the air con was amazing in the mini heat wave we have just had!

Pros: clean / good price / quiet - everything you want from a hotel
Cons: we ordered an extra bed duvet - duvet came with a stain - i give the hotel the benefit of the doubt as everything else was well presented
Location: Sun afternoon: Dunstable Country Park Monday: Woburn Safari Park
Booked the family room through Expedia... Overall 9/10. Good size room / clean / sofa bed not ideal to sleep on but probably better than most / good fitness room / restaurant serves good food although the menu is limited / breakfast buffet was very good - usual kind of food but all very good. Parking was included in the booking via Expedia else i think its £5. Lots of parking available. the lobby area is particularly nice - nice place to relax with the tablets/phones for a few minutes of peace = )

Car parking charges introduced

Cons: If one is staying at the hotel surely the car parking ought to be FREE?
No mention of car parking charges recently introduced at the Hilton Garden when i booked my room three weeks ago. Reception staff at the desk on our arrival stated that they could not make any changes and advised to speak to the front desk on our departure. Also stated that the charge had been introduced TWO weeks prior and that a note of our concern would be noted on our booking. On checking out raised the issue of the charge and flatly told nothing could be done and said the chaege had been in place since January 2017. I told the front desk that I thought this to be a lie on two accounts -1..By the information told me by the reception staff the night before and 2. someone else who i knew to have stayed at the same hotel the night before also raised the same issue regards the car parking charges which were waived by the manager.

Smart hotel with easy parking facilities

Pros: Lovely rooms and close to Luton airport.
Cons: More food choices at evening meal Hotel staff when I called did not know about my free parking agreement with Expedia but this was soon sorted.
We booked a one night stay before travelling to Luton airport. Parking was good , comfy beds and clean room. Restaurant was a little cold and draughty but food excellent.
