A clean, spacious hotel that's useful for Luton Airport and the DART shuttle. Right next to the train station for a quick ride to Luton for something to eat.

Hair in every bed I saw when I tried to change bed
Hair in every bed I saw as I had to change room at about midnight as I checked in late that day. Yellow stain on a mattress cover. The manager was speaking loud in the corridors even though it was late. He told me that he was happy to refund me so I would leave when I explained that I was only trying to find a solution and wanted to sleep. I was offered complementary water. The breakfast consisted in non fresh items mainly and the pots containing yogurt were not clean.

Room, staff and service was very good. Cooked breakfast was awful bacon like cardboard, sausage over cooked and tasteless, scrambled egg dry and tasteless very dissapointing

Average stay
Stay was okay for it's purpose. Food was average and menu could be improved. I would eat out if you have a choice. I wouldn't eat there again. They serve frozen boxed cheap fish and not worth the price. The breakfast choice was average. However the service in the hotel offered throughout was good.

The biggest disappointment was the food service. The hotel restaurant/bar had a very limited menu and the menu was not available in our room. Since there was no other food service within walking distance of the hotel, it was our only option --- so we were "stuck" with what it offered. In the shower, we found a wad of hair that had obviously not been cleaned from the previous occupants. The desk staff were friendly, but because of only one person there, we had to wait several minutes for check-in and for other questions to be answered.

Horrible stay
The room was not ready for check in at 12 midnight and there was blood stains on pillow . No good house keeping and service. Food was not good the eggs were terrible . Worst stay at hilton.we only got bed made at 2 something in the morning

Staff were excellent, room was clean and spotless. Dining menu limited but food was good and breakfast also. Easy and safe parking albeit is chargeable, great location.

If you’re flying in or out of Luton Airport, this is such a convenient option for spending a night or two. It’s perfectly situated to catch the Dart from and back to the airport, or for catching the train into London. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are kind and helpful. Would fully recommend a stay here.

Aircon not working in the room so it was stifling and I couldn't sleep. Also no aircon in the breakfast area where hot food was being served, making a very warm day feel even worse. Was hard to enjoy the very good selection of food.

Don't stay here
Front desk people were rude, i had broken a water glass and it went all over the restroom so I requested for someone to help clean it or a broom so I could and they said no, it would be cleaned when I checked out. The glass was everywhere and I could not even walk in the restroom to take a shower. I cut my foot also. Also the controls for the heating did not work and they said they lock them. Would never stay here again.

Right next to the airport rail, staff was nice and even prepared a to go breakfast pack for us since we flew out really early. Rooms are a bit small but beds were very comfortable for a quick stay.

Excellent choice to easily get to the airport.
Lovely modern and very clean hotel, and so easy to access the Dart station for an early morning flight. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the food we had was perfectly nice. Excellent choice for the airport.
