None of the advertised amenities were provided. when I inquired (we had NO pots or pans, the stove top was not working, there was a second unplugged fridge stored in the room, no hook, bar of place to hang towels in the bathroom), I was advised that 'housekeeping can drop off pots/pans if you wish'. But they did not drop anything off nor did they provide any of the amenities advertised nor did they address the other issues I raised. Another couple staying in another unit shared that they also were not provided with the advertised amenities.

"It was ok but I’m upset at myself that I paid $233 with a 250$ deposit for a 2 double bed room (one bed that continually rolled away from the wall every time you sat up to read) with no breakfast, and snarky check-in service. Compare this to $220(taxes included) for friendly service hotel, full breakfast ..."

"No coffee. None in the room. None downstairs and nothing in the neighbourhood opens until after 9 AM. If there was any coffee around it was really hard to find. I understand the hotel can’t control when local businesses decide to open but they could provide basics like this to fill the gap."
