"This property is amazing and a must see! Steve and his wife were so kind and helpful! It's your own little seclusion. We had a girls trip and we were blown away by the amenities and options. The neighbors weren't too close, meet them and super friendly. Everyone was so responsive and helpful. We had some striving getting the check in information, but not at a fault to the owners seemed like an app issue. It's a Beaufort area with plenty too do around. The drive is very windy as a fyi of that bothers you, but it was quiet roads so that was helpful. We can't wait to come back! Home, property, and stories are all beautiful! Hot tub was so new and clean! House was clean and plenty of comforting room options and extra blankets everywhere! Can't say wanting negative about this place or the owners!"

My cottage was perfect - fresh flowers, relaxing music on arrival, incredibly comfortable bed with luxury linens, plush robes/towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with homemade blueberry muffins and herbal teas. The private deck has breathtaking views of Beaver Lake and very comfortable chairs for relaxing. Impeccable attention to detail. If you want to relax in nature in total comfort, book here. 10/10."

"My husband and I and a friend (all of us mid-seventies) spent a delightful three days at this property. Checking in and out was a breeze, the house was very clean, and the beds we used quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. The driveway is not very long and angled downward. The top part is a bit steep but then flattens out at the bottom where we parked our car. When we left, my husband backed out of the drive without any difficulty. The interior of the house has three levels accessed by spiral staircases. However, the staircases are very well lit and can be turned on/off off at each level. On my first trip down to the lake, I wore tennis shoes and found myself slipping on the rocks. Next trip, I wore water shoes and had no problems. The water was perfect—warm and clear. We saw only one fly and no mosquitos, To fully enjoy the beauty of the lake, drive to Lost Bridge Marina and rent a boat for the morning, afternoon or both. I highly recommend this property."
