This was a Choice Hotel, Quality Inn, now a Windham property. It still looks the same as the Quality Inn, and is in need of some refurbishing. But, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would expect some "sprucing up" to be made in the near future.

Hotel was located right off the highway. We got in late, slept, ate breakfast and left. You definitely get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable. Check in was done with a kiosk which was something I had never experienced at a hotel but was quick and easy. Breakfast was not well stocked . It was definitely an average hotel and the cost matched the amenities. It worked good for our trip home.

Hall ways smelled like cat piss. Thought I was staying in a normal Wyndham hotel expected it to be nice and comfortable. Worried about my truck and SXS getting messed with by strangers up to no good. Shower was horrible, had 3 kids and every shower was bipolar (it would be a comfortable temp at first and then out of no where it would turn scalding hot for a minute or 2 and then get cold). The hotel clerk was very hard to understand broken English). Didn’t feel safe staying there. Beds were not that comfortable either

Rude desk clerk, ugly room, no beverage glasses in bathroom, TV didn’t work, paid for a king size bed but was told none available, paid for pet friendly but told that there’d be an add’l $30 charge for a pet (to his credit, he didn’t charge that when I protested), and the breakfast was pathetic. Next time we’ll stay at Comfort Suites, which is close by and looks better.

Lobby renovation was in full swing. Staffing was minimal. Room was clean and warm, bed was ok, but not great. Hot tub was good. Needs more work.

The manager was very responsive to my requests. The pool and hot tub appeared to be well maintained and clean. The property is being painted and it appears that other cosmetic improvements have been made.

The price was great. Wasn't fond of the virtual kiosk to check in, but it was ok. Definitely needs maintenance. The toilet ran constantly. We had to shut the water off to get any sleep because it was so loud.

Tracy, Due to Hot Shower and keeping the door open created moisture and issue with RFID Lock from Inside, Technician came in 1 hour and fixed the lock, we had never such issue before and we did everything to help you out. Apologize for any inconvenience. But Locks were working fine day before and now.

We haven’t been here in a while but I think new management could have better customer service. The pool area was still being renovated and there were equipment everywhere. Pillows could be better since we could feel the springs in the bed.

Check in was horrible. Front desk clerk was so mean. Room was disgusting and dirty. Bathroom was falling apart. The beds were falling apart. The power went out during the middle of the night and the room was dark and cold. Power didn’t come back on till morning. Will never stay there again. Breakfast was junk and only one dining table to sit at in the small tiny corner of the lobby. Such a joke.

Walls might as well be curtains
It was pretty bad. I stopped over due to weather and they crammed everyone on the first floor, it seemed like. I had 2 screaming infants on either side of me that I could hear clear as day through the wall. Front desk was rude at best.
