Property was in need of repairs in the public areas, ice machines, elevators, etc. Room was in good condition and clean. No signage visible from outside and we had a very difficult time locating the actual hotel.

Felt very unsafe here, room was incredibly uncomfortable, paid for a king room and didn’t even have a tub for the ice machine, took at least 5 minutes to get hot water for a shower. Worst stay at any place ever.

The window heating and cooling system made so much noise that I couldn't sleep. It sounded like I was turning on and off my hairdryer, right next to my ear.

The staff was great, nice and helpful. The property clean and laundry room almost always going. The property itself has seen better years. Warn carpeting throughout. Huge deep pool and hot tub nice too.

The room was pretty gross. The floor had gum stuck to it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didnt work either. Some of the tile floors were broken so you had to watch where you walked.

I am sorry the room was not to your expectations. We had housekeeping and maintenance check the room for the deficiencies you described. However, none of our bathrooms have exhaust fans. I wish you had told us about the issues during your stay so that we could have taken card of the situation at that time. I do hope you give us another chance the next time you are in our area.

It needs to be torn down. Run down, derelict building. Noisy room, heater fan turned on and off every 2 minutes. Horrible rattling coming from roof over my room. The restaurant/bar was dark and dingy. Photo copied menu and plastic cups for drinks. Food was ok though. An alcoholic leaning over the bar begging for 100 proof completed the experience. Run away from this place!

Find another hotel!
This is NOT A 3 star hotel as advertised. I would NEVER stay here again. The images online that appear to show the lobby and the rooms as renovated did not match what I saw AT ALL. The room was somewhat updated w features like a shower rather than a tub but the carpet was dirty, the drapes were pulled and broken mostly shut. The ac only sort of Mm worked and was musty. The sheets appeared clean but the bed smelled musty. The new sliding bathroom door that replaced the original would not open to the full door width opening. The sink and vanity were new but the toilet and tile were not and we’re tired and not clean. The elevator was really dirty and had plastic orange cones in it for some reason and was very slow. The corridor carpet was dirty and stained. I didn’t see the crowbar opened doors on the second floor but the doors on the third floor had all old metal doors painted with dated hardware. It took several times of inserting my key to open the door.

My original room smelled of urine, moved us to another room that was old, the furniture was torn.Never thought I would pay to stay at such a terrible unsafe property.I didn’t want to stay but of course no refunds.I want my money returned!!!!

I stay here once a year , this was the first time that my room was less than clean , everyone here is super nice and helpful , if end up in this town go to Christy’s for breakfast and Yolanda’s for lunch or dinner , I promise you will not be disappointed

Where to start... The room/hotel is filthy (everywhere), the room AC unit did not work, was able to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work. When it came on it smelled like something dead was inside of it. Once you shut the "barn style" bathroom door, it was a joke trying to get it back open. I literally thought I was locked in. The bar restaurant food was disgusting. I ordered the Philly cheese steak. Over cooked and tasteless. I'm going to restrain myself from giving an honest opinion regarding the barmaid and service, but it's not good! The breakfast was a joke. What I thought was yogurt, was orange juice in a yogurt container that says Yogurt! Assuming there was mix up on the factory line, so this hotel bought them! The only thing edible was the box cereal. That was even a joke because there were no bowls! So, I had to put the cereal in a coffee cup to eat it. Additionally, you could not put enough creamer in the coffee to change the color, yet tasteless.. absolutely terrible! No surprise, when I went to check out, I was not asked how I enjoyed my stay. I think the know better. This place needs to be condemned and torn down!

First room had no hot water. Was told that the building my room was in you need to run water for 15 minutes to get water to warm up. The front desk switched me to another room in different building. Got up to the 3rd floor to find out the keys didn’t work. The room was in major need of updating as well as the rest of the building. I would not stay here again.

Our biggest issue was that the hotel smelled quite bad in the lobby and first floor hallway - like a mix of industrial-dishwasher-at-the-end-of-the-night and weed. We also smelled weed in the parking lot on our way in. The hallway walls, floor, and stairwell did not appear to be clean and were poorly lit. Our room itself did appear clean and did not smell, but our first impression had already soiled our stay. We checked out 15min after checking in and found other lodging. One additional issue is that we were uncomfortable with how isolated this location felt - it was not near other hotels or any dining locations, and the property was entirely surrounded by trees and was not visible from the main road.

So much potential but outdated.
When we pulled in after a long drive it looked as if the hotel was closed. Weeds and grass over grown, broken windows and an overall “abandoned “ look. Inside the pool area looked very clean but the hot tub was not working. Restaurant was not open because they said not enough people were staying there. The rooms very were outdated BUT clean. Beds were comfortable. It’s a shame because the staff was extremely nice but the only part about the stay that was great for us is that it was less than 10 min from Pitt Track which was nice after a long day on the track. You can tell this area was booming at one time but not so much anymore. It was difficult to find a place to eat and even then the info on the website was outdated.
