"We had a wonderful stay here with our multi-generational family, and it worked beautifully for all of us.The layout is fantastic—each bedroom has an en-suite bath, and having four bedrooms on the main floor was perfect for our elderly parents. The walkout basement with bunk beds was great for the younger group. The extra fridge and freezer downstairs were also very helpful.The home was impressively clean—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve experienced, right down to spotless porches and well-maintained kitchenware. The lawn is beautifully kept, and the easy river access was a highlight—we even rented a boat nearby for a day.WiFi was strong and reliable, and communication with the property manager was excellent. The online listing doesn’t reflect fully how great this property is. We were very pleased!A few minor notes: the well water has a noticeable smell (safe, but bring bottled water if sensitive), and carpeting in bedrooms may not suit everyone. We also noticed insect traps in closets (empty, thankfully!), and one shower lacked a soap holder. Very minor details for such a great home. Overall, a really great location near Eureka Springs, river access, and a very comfortable setup. We would absolutely return to this one!!!"

"The Homestead House was a perfect getaway. The interior was nicely decorated and clean. The view was spectacular and very peaceful. From the hot tub, grill to the soaking tub, all the amenities were nice to enjoy. The exterior was clean and well maintained. "

"5 adults and 5 kids stayed during our trip. Enough room for all without tripping over each other. Own dock with 5 kayaks that the kids loved. The path to the dock is steep so if older might not be idea. For our group no issue and great to have own secluded area to hang out on lake. Great deck area to take in sunset and sunrise."

"Location was a bit of a surprise, farther out from Eureka Springs than we expected. Stairs to property were a challenge for us 70 yr olds, but we managed. Property was very nice. Spring weather didn't exactly cooperate but we still enjoyed our time. Host was easily contacted."
