the cottage is located on a large plot, in a very quiet small village, in the heart of the Lauragais, located in Beauteville between Toulouse (25 minutes) and its countless activities, curiosities, and Carcassonne (40 minutes), with its marvelous castles.
when you enter the cottage, a living room with two sofa beds, a coffee table, a tv, a dining room with a large wooden table, a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob induction, a hood, a fmo,) a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, two sinks, a towel dryer, a hair dryer.
access to the garden through the kitchen and living room.
upstairs, a large dormitory bedroom with sloping ceilings with four single beds, two separate bedrooms each with a large double bed.
2 free parking spaces in front of the cottage.
outdoor pool shared by tenants and owners, as well as the summer kitchen and barbecue.
new for summer 2020, table football, table tennis, bowling green.
many lakes located around, Village of brands in Nailloux, 15 minutes.
grocery store located in st Michel De Lannes 3 minutes by car.

foix (09) for skiing 50 minutes away.
Revel at 30 minutes and its pretty market on Saturday morning, its lake with beach at Saint Ferréol, and next to Revel I recommend Durfort, and Sorrento.
