Located in Haut-Vaucluse, Beaumes-de-Venise is known for its vineyards from which the Muscat grape comes. The delicious dessert wine is made from this grape. There are many cycling and hiking routes to, for example, the impressive mountain "Mont Ventoux" and "Les dentelles de Montmirail". Erg mooi en ruim zwembad, en veel plekken om in de tuin te kunnen zitten. Ruime woonkamer met zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. De overkapping van het terras is niet waterdicht wat een beperking kan zijn in een regenachtige periode. In de buurt wordt nog gebouwd aan nieuwe woningen; je kunt wat overlast ervaren. Mooi uitzicht over een stukje van het dal. Gelegen in een rustig gehucht. Opvallend weinig muggen (juni). Supermarkten op rijafstand. Alles in het huis ziet er erg nieuw uit.
