Party of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Didn't realize we had two double beds (not queen) so it was tight. Street had many restaurants and nice riverwalk. Room was clean, but property does appear a bit dated. It was fine for our overnight stay.

Great location with a great view for my wife's birthday. Staff was very helpful whenever we needed something or with recommendations to make her birthday trip amazing. If I had one complaint, and it's a minor one, our toilet flushed really loud making it hard to flush when one of us was sleeping. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This property is in a fantastic location for walking around the historic district of Beaufort, with the waterfront park and horse and carriage tour right across the street. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. At breakfast, it felt like we were eating at someone's home with the host welcoming us and pointing out the choices, as well as letting us know that the cinnamon rolls would be out of the oven shortly. The food was decent and there was fruit, yogurt, cheese, and muffins available to grab for on the go. It's an older style 2-storey motel but very nicely updated. There is a lift available if you need it.

This property is in the heart of Beaufort, SC. Breakfasts were free and delicious. Restaurants and shopping abound without ever having to use your car. Housekeeping is at your whim, not the hotels. Everything about our stay was PERFECT!

This location is very convenient to downtown. The staff is very friendly and the complimentary breakfast and the coffee in the office are much appreciated. We would stay here again without hesitation and plan on doing so next year.

Directly across the street from the harbor within historic district next to downtown, clean room and grounds, great breakfast, and all the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect and provide insight of places to see.

The lady whom checked us in was right rude & harsh about nothing really, just a very snappy attitude. Katrina was definitely amazing ( her smile and personality was the most welcoming. As far as the hotel it was clean ish but the bathroom definitely had lots of hair that wasn't cleaned from before we got there, definitely wasn't happy about that

Great Location
The hotel was clean and check in was quick. Staff was very friendly. The room was a little musty but got better after running the heat. Toilet was very loud when you flushed causing you to wake up anyone in the room if you flushed during the night. Besides that everything was great.

Nice motel in an excellent location. Across the street from the bay and just minutes away from the old town. Great, caring staff. Excellent breakfast, with a very enthusiastic host.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Katrina who checked us in was super helpful. My only complaint was how the bathroom was configured. Could have used more space to put things.

For an older establishment, they have kept this property updated, and clean. We loved the location and it reminded us of the hotels we used to stay in when we were kids. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

It wasn’t until it got dark outside that we realized the window shade wasn’t opaque - anyone outside could see right into the room! There were no drapes to pull closed either. Definitely NOT a good situation

Hey There, every guest room window has a black-out shade as well as sheer shade to protect our guest privacy. There are 2 sets of pulls on the left side of each window frame. I'm so sorry that was not clear while you were on the property. We hope to see y'all again.
