"We had a great stay with our family. The cabin was spacious and fit us all comfortably. The location was great and it was easily accessible. One of our guests left behind their wallet and they confirmed it was at the rental. They were kind enough to agree to ship it to us. The only issue we had slightly was with the hot tub. It worked well the first night but after it did not get past 95 degrees. We followed the written instructions posted, but were still not able to get the tub hot enough. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay. "

"This is by far one of the BEST VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in! We absolutely LOVED the place. It exceeded our expectations for location, amenities, cleanliness, coziness....just everything you could hope for in a rental. We will be booking again as soon as we're able.Upon driving up to the cabin, we could see that it was situated right on the riverfront as stated in the description. The cabin was clean, charming, well appointed, cozy and roomy. While we only stayed in the 1st floor, there is room upstairs for at least 8 other guests if not more and aside from the bathroom downstairs, there were 2 more full bathrooms upstairs. The sunroom off the 1st floor bedroom is so cozy and surrounded by windows to watch the beautiful river and pine trees....perfect for reading. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Modern countertops and appliances. Comfy couches and recliner in living room, gas fireplaces that turn on with the flick of a switch for heating. Everything is done right in this cabin.The large decks had so much room and looked out over the river & forest. The lower deck next to the river was a great place to relax, sun and fish a little. Great place to relax!Jim was a fantastic host, responded to texts about check in promptly and left us alone unless we needed anything. Just a wonderful place, wonderful and relaxing stay and overall positive experience. Can't wait to go back! "

"Cute inn next to the river with campfire and BBQ pits for guests to use. Great location for access to Sierra-at-Tahoe. The only downside is the noise from upstairs if you happen to get a room on the first floor."

"The place was as cute as ever. Our cabin was quiet, peaceful, plenty warm. Plus, we loved that we could bring our dog! The kitchen needed more equipment, eg measuring cups, cutting board, those types of things. We will stay there again if we get a chance! We only interacted with one employee. She was fantastic!"
