"The property was perfect for us. We walked in to a clean and comfortable home. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. She definitely went above and beyond. We were playing at the Cooperstown Dreams Park and this location worked out perfectly. It was a 15 minute drive to the dreams park so we could easily go back and forth during the day. I highly recommend."

"Rose Cottage. Perfect. Right on the water. Private dock for water sports Safe area for swimming. Beautiful side lawn that overlooks the Lake. Inside plenty of room for a family gathering At the large kitchen table. Generous shower. 3 Bedrooms. We’ve rented this Cottage for several Summer vacations and never want to leave!"

"We had a great stay! The view was beautiful with lots of animals from deer,birds, bunnies frogs and even fireflies. Truly beautiful! The host Gary was so kind and wonderful. He recommended things to do and had everything we needed. Plus the girls loved his shampoo. Haha thanks for the wonderful stay."

"I never write reviews.....but felt the need because this house was perfect for our week at All Star Village for baseball. It is a 15-16 minute drive. Super easy. House was great. Kids loved the hot tub. We caught two fish from the dock. House was super clean. The host responded very quickly to every question. Picked up our garbage when it got full. Beautiful view of the lake every single morning when you wake up! Just a perfect set up for what we needed. The washer/dryer was huge for us. My younger son is 9 years old.....so we will be back in 3 years for his trip to Cooperstown and All Star Village!!!!!"

"If you’re coming to All Star Village, this is the place for 4 ish people. The lake is stunningly beautiful. In the morning it greets you as you wake. In the afternoon it sparkles as you sit in the shade watching the kids fish and kayak. At night, the moon winks as you sip a glass of wine. Only 15 minutes from ASV so you can bounce back and forth easily. Beds are comfy. If you want a power boat, book it at the same time you book the cabin because they sell out. The hosts are lovely. I locked myself out and I was let back in quickly. It makes a baseball trip fun as much for the adults as the kids staying as ASV, but maybe even more relaxing."

"Good value for the price. The setting was gorgeous. The bedrooms were small and the wood floors constantly popped and creaked when walking so that got old or everyone knew you were going to the bathroom in the middle of the night"
