"convenient location, friendly staff"

"The hot tub was soooo nice. I was surprised with a $15.00 discount coupon that I could use at either of the two restaurants. This made up for not having a free breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly, professional and made you feel at home. Being able to leave the parking lot and in a few seconds and be on the QEW/403 was nice. We were minutes away from Sheridan College. It was nice having a Denny's. I thought they were only in the U.S. "

"I will not book again in this property . The staff are not bad but the room was dusty from the carpet triggered allergies so bad sneezing all the time . I wish it was hard wood flooring instead of dirty carpet . "

"We didn't have the breakfast and i didn't used the hot tub.The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I will surely go back again the staff at the front desk was very welcoming. 👌 "

"Generally clean room. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is alright. The issue is that the rooms are very dated. Or at least the one that we got. Wallpaper is bubbling up and peeling at corners. I know some rooms have been fixed already, but we got the older one."

"The only complaign I have is: Restrictions for the pool for families with kids. Open for kids before 10am and after 5pm Those hours are the worst for families with Kids. We booked the hotel because of the pool, but couldn’t use it. After 5pm we usually had dinners. And before 10 on vacation….is tough. Change the hours for kids using the pool. Thank you."
