New policy,,no dishes or pans in room,,,no one told me I had to bring my own stuff,,,bed hard as a rock

Thank you for your recent review of your stay. I sincerely apologize that our amenities were not to your expectations. While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items are available upon request at the front desk for no additional charge. In response to your feedback, I will make sure we are clearly communicating our amenities during guest arrivals. Thank you again for providing us with your feedback.
