Try a different hotel for same value

I arrived at the hotel around dinner time, only one person working the front desk even though there was another worker standing around talking. Finally got checked in, went up to the room to find that it hadn't been cleaned. It actually looked like someone was still staying in that room. Went back down to the front desk to find no one available. Waited for about 10 minutes before calling the hotel to find that the only person working was gathering kitchenware for another guest. I told the front desk worker that the room wasn't cleaned, to which she said "they always do this to me." She gave me another room, this time a clean one. The free continental breakfast in the morning consisted of coffee, stale tasting muffins and granola bars, and a few packs of oatmeal. Thankfully restaurants were located close by about the only plus to this hotel. Needless to say, if I had to come to this area again, I would try a different hotel for the same value.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I do apology that your stay was not a home away from home experience due to long waiting periods and cleanliness issues in your first room. This is will be addressed to our staff to mkae sure guests receive better value and customer service at our hotel. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any other Extended Stay Hotels location in the future.
