You get what you pay for.

Pros: Kitchen worked as did the TV
Inexpensive, especially for a long stay. But no one at desk to check in at 3 PM. No maid service for a four day stay. Can hear every door close loudly all night long which was the most disappointing part of experience. No in room coffee maker. Pretty low - but again, it was cheap.

Comfortable and Economical

This hotel served its purpose well. We were not looking for a fancy, luxurious hotel. We came for a medical procedure at the Cleveland Conic Beachwood facility and we just wanted a comfortable, convenient, economical place to stay for 6 days and nights. This hotel acored high on all the above criteria. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff courteous and attentive. We loved the kitchen with full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and sink. We cooked all our meals and did not have to go to restaurants. The only negatives were the smallish tv, which was definitely not "state-of-art" and the fact that the shower did not have a safety grab bar. For people recovering from a medical operation and trying to take a shower, this is not the safest of situations. However, all in all, we were very satisfied with the hotel and its staff.

Never Again

Pros: Not applicable.
Cons: Better guest with consideration for others staying there.
Hotel was more like a transient residence. Some of the guest pulled furniture into the hall and were very loud partying. My next visit will not include this hotel.

It was very relaxing. We had no interruptions. I loved the front desk clerk Bobby. There wasn't a lot of selection for restaurants but we made the best.
