Nice Hotel with kitchen Facilities

Pros: Room Facilities and Cleanliness.
Cons: Billing stuff. I was charged twice for same stay due to confusion between Expedia payment.
Location: Choola a nice place for Food. Also couple of super markets near by.
Everything was good with the stay. Nice and reasonable hotel if you are looking for something with kitchen

2016 - Six Night Stay

The staff was very polite & helpful. The room was immaculate! We could not believe how nice everything was as our expectations were exceeded. We kept asking each other why there were bad reviews? We had no complaints whatsoever. I would stay again and recommend to others!

Good-sized room, economical, close to the freeway.

Pros: The room was a good size; there was a refrigerator. It was quiet.
Cons: The "grab-and-go" breakfast too minimal. Packaged muffins & instant oatmeal. Needed some juice and maybe some bagels at least. Mattresses were hard.
Location: Very close to eastern Cleveland suburbs, lots of restaurants.
Stayed three nights. Four people in the room; plenty of space.

Okay for extended stay with your own food

Breakfast was grab and go, which was disappointing. We were a family traveling for the thanksgiving holiday, and had come to rely on a free hot breakfast to save time. Grab and go did not serve that need and we had to make another stop for a good breakfast. Beware that the term "free breakfast" doesn't manifest into a violation of expectations.

Bugs on the bathroom counter, strange odour in the room, loud neighbourhood. Top it off with an escort in the lobby and you have yourself a GREAT place in middle of nowhere Ohio. Beware of the $100 deposit for the room that will not be refunded in the time frame they state. STAY AWAY

Rude front desk staff.

Hotel front desk staff was extremely rude. She called threatening to lock us out of our room even though it was paid in full. She quickly found out that she had made a mistake, but took no time to apologize or attempt to be sincere. I suggest you make reservations else where unless you enjoy the company of rude employees.

The toilet still had skid marks from the last person to use it when we checked in. Hadn't even been cleaned. The bed was very old and the mattress had a big dip in it. Overall the facilities are very old. Also there is lots of dog poop all over the property yard as pets are allowed and many guest do not pick up after the pets. This place needs a renovation.

I didn't have a coffee pot or any dishes/pots and pans in my room to cook. .Also,the refrigerator kept making aloud noise..

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in!

Never changed bed linen, trash on floor, staff horrible unhelpful, just a nasty experience. Spit in elevator. no coffee maker. One rag only and two towels.

Nice and Cozy

We only stayed one night but it was a nice cozy room. I like the fact that I could cook in the room. I would stay there again.
