Weekend GetAway

Pros: It was close to the free way
Cons: Check in/Check out time and policies for how things should be.
Location: free way, shopping etc.
The hotel Staff was nice. Bobbi at the front desk was nice and personable. My experience was I had to wait a bit for small things like dishes and soap. And I didn't sleep well my first night because my neighbors across the hall talked and smoked all night long I had to call the front desk.

Re-routed Vacation

My husband and I had to figure out a new vacation location due to Hurricane Irma making her way to Miami, FL. We booked based on the reviews this hotel got. The staff were awesome, room was clean, and the coffee was delightful.

Comfortable

My room was very comfortable. The only negative I can offer is that the refrigerator and cook top could have been cleaned a little better. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Nice hotel

The hotel staff was outstanding, Evening and day staff! Courteous and accommodating. A special shout out to Bobbi whose going places in the hotel industry! The facility was good, clean and bright. Guest should be informed that there are no utensils in the room with the kitchenette, you have to ask for them. Also guest should be informed that the room will not be cleaned daily. Only if you are a weekly stay. Other than that it was fine

Continental Breakfast!

Pros: Location. Price. Wi-fi.
Cons: Breakfast options. Late check-out. Fans in bathrooms.
Location: Plenty of fast food options, grocery stores, and shopping close by.
The continental breakfast leaves much to be desired. For the two mornings I checked it was coffee, granola bars, mini muffins, and oatmeal packets. There wasn't enough by far and the quality was very poor. They also don't offer a late checkout option, so plan to be out by 11am.

The hotel was nice and in an area where everything

Pros: The location where it was.
Cons: The bathroom could be updated.
Location: The location was great as we had access to everything, shopping plazas and places to eat.
It was a nice experience. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very pleasant.

It was nice. The host was very nice and room was fresh the bathroom wasn't that clean hair on shower wall and curtain but besides that it was comfortable and clean and I would go back

Got Bedbug Bites

Pros: The hotel staff was friendly and courteous .
Cons: Inspect the rooms for critters and cleanliness .
Location: 9 miles to Cleveland Clinic made this a good location. Did not have to travel interstate roads.
The first 2 nights were in aa room that had the window open,carpet damp in front of A/C, and heat on in the room in July. The bed slept terrible and I got a backache. It was late when I arrived because my husband had undergone surgery at the Clinic ,we had been up since 3:00 am to get there. My husband was released earlier than we had planned and with a 300 mile drive ahead of us we thought it best to use the hotel we had already paid for to get more rest. He was livid when he saw the room I was in. I forgot to mention the A/C made a terrible noise when it was on. He went to front desk and when he returned we moved to the room next door. It was much cleaner and more comfortable. When we got home I noticed bite spots on my skin. He has not shown any bite spots. After a week the spots grew larger and a trip to the doctor confirmed bed bug bites. A shot , 2 prescripts and now out more money for a dirty hotel room with bed bugs. The local health dept came to our house and did not find any on or in our suitcase or travel pillows. They will be contacting the area health dept where the hotel is located. I wish there was a law that made hotels liable for room reimbursement and medical bills in cases like this. Hotels would then inspect there own rooms to make sure they are in top condition .

no untensils

Cons: provide some hot meals.
Location: It is a great location and my wife and I enjoyed being able to travel around
I called the hotel a week prior to my stay and was told that there would be some utensils to prepare meals. When my wife and I got there, there was not a single utensil to cook or eat. It was a good thing that my wife took paper plates, spoons and napkins. Also every hotel I have stayed has had a hot breakfast, or fruit. This hotel did not even have any way to eat the oatmeal with the hot water. In the Elevator is the sign of what a good breakfast should look like, but there was no sign of a good breakfast. If we had known that we needed to be prepare to sleep in the room without any of the breakfast we would have been prepared.s I have used this brand and intend to use it again, I just want the customers to know that the breakfast is limited. The staff were good, and the overall facility was super.
