They provided extras like beach gear, free laundry access and supplies, luggage storage for many hours before our flight after checkout. I was charged $307 and they told me that was for the deposit so I was okay with it because I knew I would get it back after my stay. Until the next day I saw I was charged another $100 and I asked them about that and now they said that the $100 was for the deposit and that the $307 was a “resort fee”. Which they couldn’t even elaborate what the resort fee included. Very scammy of them.
