"Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Considering it’s a 5 star hotel the room price is honestly a steal. Buffet breakfast was good, nothing extravagant but definitely gets the job done. Parking is a little steep but expected."

I understand I didn’t purchase a flexible room; however, I wasn’t asking for a credit. It left very poor taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t use them again for this reason. "

"Still trying to find the pool! Staff was pleasant at checkin. Parking a squeeze with the current large vehicles. Property needs a total reno. A bit of a shock for a property so close to transport & the city. Sheets & towels clean. Not sure what some rooms were used for!"
