Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was was very clean. It was in a spot that was only a 20-30 minute drive in any direction to finding fun things to do. There was so much to do in the area that we should have stayed longer. Having the lake on the property made each evening a peaceful end to the day with fishing off the dock, a gorgeous view of the lake and enjoying a fire as we wound down for the evening."

"We had a great stay! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials for cooking, sleeping, bathing, and storing food. The added bonus of replenished firewood made our evening bonfires even more enjoyable. The lake amenities were excellent and easily accessible throughout our stay. Fishing was productive, and the complimentary rowboats, kayaks, and paddle boards with life jackets provided a great way to explore the lake. The lake is well-maintained with eight aeration bubblers that support a healthy ecosystem and enhance the overall outdoor experience. Highly recommended!"

"The house was beautiful and spacious. No one was on top of each other. Had plenty of space. Nice large rooms. Burt lake is a beautiful lake, and we had gorgeous views from the balcony’s. Our host was easy to communicate with and replied back quickly when texted. The home itself needs a deep cleaning. The front doorway was full of cobwebs, dead bugs and dirt. The grass was long and needed to be cut. The weeds were overgrown along the sidewalk and brushed your legs when you walked thru. The screen doors on the bedroom balconies needed new screens. Tape had been used to fix them but had torn away. The whole house needs a good power washing and the balcony’s are in need of paint and some repair. Cobwebs and dust on top of light fixtures in the kitchen and the handle on the refrigerator came off in our hands. We had to screw it back on. When we got there we found the toaster oven in the kitchen filthy with leftover grease. There was a dirty wall near one of the beds that was gross. I did text the host and someone came right out and cleaned the wall and removed the toaster oven. The host was very prompt in responding. I have never stayed in a VRBO where the house is being lived in. The closet and dressers were full of clothes. Food in the cupboards and freezer. Mail on the desk. Personal items everywhere. I felt a little uncomfortable using someone’s personal home and not just a rental. Our overall stay was nice. The house worked well for my family."
