### Just Renovated Charming 2 Bedroom Cottage

About this space  
This Charming 2 Bedroom Cottage is Located in the heart Beach Haven and comfortably sleeps 4 guests,w/ a queen bed and 2 twin beds (linens and towels are required), a complete kitchen, a full bathroom w/ shower, a comfortable Family Room, two additional outdoor showers. The backyard has a gas grilled seating for outdoor dining' as well. Washer and dryer are available. 4 houses from the beach, walking distance to shopping dining ,theater and amusement park. it's being completely renovated.  
Guest access  
You may use the backyard for grilling and eating and use side courtyard for relaxing and sunning yourselves. Thats where the two outside showers are located for rinsing off after the beach.  
Other things to note  
The owners do not allow guests book the property if they are under the age of 25 .  
  
Free parking is available on the street.  
  
2 outdoor showers available to rinse off after the beach.  
  
Please remember to bring your bed linens, towels, beach towels and chairs.  
  
Beach badges may be borrowed during your visit with a $50 deposit cash per badge. This will be promptly returned to you, when the badges are physically returned to us.

The property is very conveniently located for the beach, Veteran’s Park, and dining/shopping. Parking was easy, though it was off-season. Slobodanka, the hostess was friendly, communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed.

The outside of this hideaway cottage near the ocean is as delightful as the inside. Modern and clean, this condo was very comfortable for us. Slept four comfortably. Open kitchen to couch / TV area made conversation easy. Location is fantastic - steps from beach, field that hosts concerts, theater, restaurants, museum. The host owner is lovely to talk to and very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
