One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. Spotless clean, and delicious breakfast with a super staff that was always looking forward to help u and make you feel at home. They all went the extra mile to make Aberdeen looks at it's best. Also have a laundronette 24 hours that was a perfect touch. The building is brand new and the gardens outside are surrounded by a mix of ancient and new buildings that was a joy just to spare some time on one of the benches. Love this hotel. Thanks a lot to all the staff crew who take such good care of us, always with a smile. Congrats!"
