Inside, the rooms are bright and welcoming with an open concept living area, ductless heat pump for cooling and heating and all essential needs are at your fingertips. Outside there is wonderful outdoor living space with a private deck facing South, a propane fire pit, BBQ 2 acres of forest so lots of room to relax. This property is ideally located on the Lighthouse Route and the Blue Route biking trail, just minutes outside of the UNESCO World Heritage Town of Lunenburg and only minutes to Sand Dollar beach, the Ovens Natural Park, Hirtle's Beach, Gaff Point, Rose Bay General Store and Bistro, the Lahave Ferry and 30 minutes to Crescent and Rissers Beach Provincial Park.
