This elevated apt comes furnished with the basics. This lovely loft style two bedroom apartment is furnished with basic amenities such as queen size bed in each bedroom, sofa sleeper, full sized bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, and spacious parking. There is a large shared outdoor space on property with picturesque water viewing. You have the ability to launch your canoe/kayak directly from our privately adjoined fishing dock. The location is conveniently located within 5 min of a variety of local restaurants, grocery store, and a boutique movie theater. Within 10 min, you can reach beautiful Waveland beaches. Old Town Bay St. Louis is conveniently within a 15 minute drive which includes a variety of boutiques, antique shops, local coffee, beach front bars & restaurants, & live entertainment. Tried for 45 minutes to get into the property. We could not get in touch with either of the hosts. Then once we finally did get in contact, they tried to move us to a different rental that was already occupied. The only reason we were ever able to go into the property is because of a maintenance man who was staying next door who had a key. Once we entered the house, it was very clear it was never cleaned from the previous stay. Bugs, roaches, and dirt were all over the floor. The floors are falling apart. There was dirt and a dead bug in the sheets. I had to wash both sets of sheets immediately. The bathtub was filthy and when showering, you’d end up standing in 4 inches of water because it wouldn’t drain. Looks like there’s some sort of mold around the vent and by the ceiling.
