Breakfast service was horrible. Omelets were cold. Coffee was cold on first day. Sweet rolls unavailable each day of stay. I have stayed in this hotel for several years and this is disappointing. Ice machines gone from our floor. I needed ice for leg pain and had to go the first floor for ice -having difficulty walking. Accessible room is furthest from the elevator so long walk. I will have to check other hotels for my stays in the future.

Bathroom had ants crawling on walls. Toilet anchor bolts were broken. Breakfast food and coffee was cold. Staff was helpful to accommodate issues.

This place has gone down hill toilet seat broken body wash pump broken coffee was terrible change or clean filter? I won’t stay here again

Elevator was out again! This is a decent hotel that just needs a little more attention to employee behavior. The coffee ran out and no attendant around. I had to go looking for her. She wasn’t overloaded with cooking or cleaning tables. There were less than 10 guest having breakfast. She wasn’t hard to find because I could hear her and the other employees making a lot of noise visiting. I mean loud noise, like that made me jump when one of them laughed suddenly. Then she started vacuuming the dining room while people were eating. Just not a very professional way to do things in my opinion. And get the elevator fixed!

Facility could have been in better condition.
Elevator was not functioning during my stay. There was no advance indication of this problem with your facility. This 62 year old had to climb stairs to the third floor for a room. Shower drain cover left the drain half uncovered. No floor mat in bathroom the first night for when getting out of the shower to a tiled floor.

I have stayed at this Hotel several times and had no complaints but this time it was a little disappointed. There were dead roaches in the room and hallway. The smoke detector in the room I was in had electrical tape covering it for some reason possibly holding it up. Last thing the breakfast had no orange juice or pancakes available both mornings

Had a family gathering Everything was perfect. Requested an early check in and I was able to do that which was very convenient If I’m ever in bay city this hotel will be my choice again

Pool area dirty. Old cigarettes buts piled high at pool entrace along with lighter suggesting it belongs to hotel staff. Pool was small. Zero shade anywhere from the sun. Trowable emergency flotation devices were in the water as if they were being used as pool toys. Hotel room had visibly dirty (light mud dried on tile) floors on the tile, i took a small wet towel and was able to wipe it off easily. Shower ceiling had copeous amounts of mold on the ceiling and edged of walls and near mirrors and above shower head. Bed sheets stained in several spots..Took pictures and showed them to hotel staff. They seemed concerened and listened to me but offered no solution or reimbursement or compensation. My suggestions. Try a newer hotel that may have better upkeep. This eas mot n what i expected from a Holiday Inn

Called ahead of time and front desk said we could check in early. Arrived at hotel and was told we were unable to check in early. Had to leave & come back, then the lady at front desk very slow and it took awhile for the people in front of us.

Somewhat noisy during the night. I guess some cars use the road where the hotel is located to race during the night but the hotel is very clean and the staff is great.

Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee and juice machine not working. No wheat bread. No sacks to take food to room. We have stayed here many times and always thought they were the best in town.
