"The hotel is extremely dirty and this is not a 4 star hotel. If you’re looking for somewhere clean and a bed to sleep on, this is not for you. Dirty carpets, dirty tables just terrible. Left my booking earlier just because we couldn’t take it any longer."

"Great staff—housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, porters—all really good at their jobs. Semarang being a fairly big city, you can’t get an ideal location for sightseeing, but the hotel is probably as good as it gets. Two big malls very close by, Simpang Lima just a minute away, and clean sidewalks ..."
