This villa, accommodating 8 people, features on the ground floor a spacious 70m² living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, refrigerator, Krups coffee machine) and a separate WC. In the basement, there is one bedroom (with a 160x190cm double bed and two 80x200cm pull-out beds), a bathroom (with shower and WC), and a laundry room (with a tumble dryer). On the mezzanine level leading to the first floor, there is a second bedroom (with a 160x200cm double bed), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and a separate WC. On the first floor, there is a large playroom, two further bedrooms (each with a 160x200 cm bed), a bathroom (with shower), and a separate toilet. Several cars can be parked in the courtyard and garage. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 15th. Pets are welcome in this rental. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Optional additional services, payable on arrival: bed linen kit (80x200 cm: €20 / 160x200 cm: €25 (please notify us a few days before arrival)). Tourist tax is payable on arrival.
