Casa indipendente situata nella tranquilla zona storica di Baveno Roncaro, con vista sul lago e sulle isole Borromee.   
  
Si presenta l'appertamento su 2 livelli con due camere da letto, due bagni, cucina ben attrezzata, soggiorno con i divani e balcone. Un giardino con due zone relax e barbecue. Un posto unico dove rilassarsi nel silenzio della natura oppure passare del tempo con la famiglia. Inoltre gli ospiti potranno usufruire anche della fresca sala taverna dotata di un comodo divano.  
È presente una cantina separata (con lavatrice, lavastoviglie etc)  
  
La casa è situata a 500 m dal lungolago, ci si può arrivare anche passeggiando per una stradina panoramica.   
  
Possibili soluzioni di alloggio per un massimo di 8 persone: una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e poltrona letto extra (100/200), l seconda camera da letto con due letti singoli che diventano un letto matrimoniale e poltrona letto (100/200), soggiorno con divano-letto.
