"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty...

"Staff was very helpful. If you want to rent a motorbike to go around, ask them. If you want to try some Indonesian foods, ask them. If you want to travel inter-city and dont know how, ask them. They really help you a lot!"
